Justice Committee RJ Inquiry – update

Published: Friday, May 13th, 2016

There is an impressive collection of evidence, written and oral being considered by the Committee from a wide range of organisations, including Police and Crime Commissioners, Community Rehabilitation Companies, RJ providers, women’s organisations and Minister for Victims, Mike Penning.

The Committee held three oral evidence sessions, at which Why me? appeared on the 19th April. You can view them on Parliament TV.

In advance of the Inquiry we were pleased to run an Awareness Session for the Committee along with the Restorative Justice Council to explain legislation, policy and practice to MPs.
